Yes. Tatsavi Spaces offers a structured warranty on modular systems and hardware components as part of our commitment to quality and reliability.
2. What products and services does the Tatsavi warranty cover?

We offer service support as part of our handover and post-installation experience. After 2 years, services are chargeable at minimal rates for site visits, technician hours, or any labour involved.

Currently, we do not offer any warranty extensions.
8. Will I be charged after the warranty period?
We continue to support you even after your warranty ends. A service fee may apply for technician visits or repairs. Hardware costs may apply if out of warranty.
9. Are custom products or third-party fittings covered under warranty?
No. Warranty applies only to items provided and installed by Tatsavi Spaces using approved vendors and materials.
10. Are decor accessories or loose furniture covered?
Decor items or furniture not manufactured or installed by Tatsavi Spaces may not be covered under the brand manufacturer’s warranty.
11. How soon should I report damages or issues?
To ensure warranty validity, all visible damages, defects or malfunctions must be reported to our team within 3 working days of installation or identification.
12. What governs the Tatsavi Warranty?
Our warranty is supported by a thorough multi-stage quality check—from material selection, cutting, edge-banding and factory finish, to final on-site assembly and inspection.
Tatsavi Spaces – Terms & Conditions of Warranty
Modular Systems
We offer a flat 10-year warranty on modular and semi-modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage systems, hardware, and accessories supplied and installed by Tatsavi Spaces.

1. Tatsavi will honor its warranty when:
- The product is used for normal domestic purposes and maintained properly.
- The product is still owned by the original purchaser.
- The installation remains at the original site and location.
- The warranty is within its valid period, and the issue is not excluded under these terms.
2. Tatsavi warranty does not cover:
- Labour, installation, or transportation costs post the 2-year service window.
- Countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electricals or any other third-party installations not provided by Tatsavi.
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, mishandling, harsh chemicals, prolonged exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or high humidity.
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, nicks, or minor finish fading due to daily usage.
- Custom-made or client-supplied components or accessories.
- Tatsavi is not liable for any claims arising out of design faults, third-party installations, or workmanship not directly executed by the Tatsavi team.
- Warranty does not apply if components are tampered with, moved, or reinstalled by unauthorized personnel.
4. Tatsavi reserves the right to:
- Modify or upgrade specifications as part of our product improvement policy.
- Offer alternative components for discontinued or out-of-stock models at the time of claim.
- Limit the scope of repairs or replacements based on product availability and warranty duration.
5. Reporting & Repairs:
Customers must notify Tatsavi within 7 days of discovering any visual damage or malfunction to stay eligible under warranty.
